Under our safety standards the property you rent is regularly checked by our maintenance department who are on call for emergencies or any general difficulties you may encounter.
Our staff are all HACCP rained (HACCP is a certification required by law for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points which is a systematic preventive approach to food safety)
You can be assured that we only use professional and safe ISO 9000 products for our cleaning.
Laundry is cleaned natural mountain spa water from the Algarve hills of Monchique. This ensures a pure wash reducing the need for bleaching products, and which in turn has a lesser impact on the environment.
