Bowls
The Oceânico Amendoeira Bowls Club is located at the stunning Amendoeira Golf Resort, close to the historic town of Silves and has two grass greens; one flat green which is 40m2 and one crown green which is 37m2. Both are situated next to the breath taking clubhouse, with fabulous views across the Oceânico Faldo and Oceânico O'Connor Jnr golf courses.
The highly successful inauguration competition week was hosted in March, with Glynn Cookson winning the Iberian Crown Green Inauguration Cup, and Darren Smith and Matt Kelly-Walley winning the Oceânico Prestige Pairs Trophy. The club is now officially open, and the events listed here are just a part of what is on offer:
